Sunday 20th May
We are on Ring 4 at BATS on Sunday. If you want to come along and help on the ring and don’t have a ring party pass, you can collect one from the club on Tuesday.
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been to a show before, someone will show you what to do.
Here is a letter from our 2017 charity, The Cinnamon Trust:
Gill Duroe has forwarded your wonderful donation of £2,000 which is very much appreciated.
I am absolutely delighted you chose The Trust as your Charity of the Year and that your agility show was such a fantastic success! Very well done to you all! Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the members of Letchworth Agility Club for helping make this gift possible and I hope your four-legged members all enjoy a delicious sausage treat each!
I thought you would like to know that we’re going to use your donation to help pay for a therapeutic laser device that our vet nurses can use for a whole range of geriatric problems that beset our sanctuary residents. It works brilliantly for pain and encourages healing. And, of course, no side effects and an enjoyable therapy for the recipients!
Once again thank you all very much indeed.
Mrs Averil R. Jarvis MBE
Following our successful Agility Show at Huntingdon Racecourse last year, the Club donated £500.00 to Huntingdon Rugby Club (our hosts for the clubhouse, ring and camping areas) to be spent on equipment for their youth teams. They have purchased some banner feather flags for their mini age group teams to make it easier for everyone to find the correct age group.
